Refund policy

RETURN SHIPMENT WINDOW

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date. Items received after 30 days or with missing original tags are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

For in-store purchases, we allow up to 14 days to return your items in-store to receive a Cash or Credit card refund. 

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are not eligible for return: handbags, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, items sold at 40% or more off the original list price, and final sale items. Items that are consigned by our Clients are not subject to return as well. 

RETURNS PROCESS TIMING

Once your return has been received a confirmation email will be sent. You can track the status of your return by referring to My Purchases in My Account. After your return is accepted by Attic Koncept, please allow up to five (5) business days to complete the authorization process.
